That's just a small part of the time consuming and costly procedures that the courts demand.
As far as my being one sided for Dimentia, I am and have been a long time TMMI shareholder and want my investment to do well. My concerns started prior to TMMI putting a lawsuit against Dimentia. I've written about this ad nauseum concerning the claims TMMI made about VDK 2.0.
Am I against former management? Absolutely! Based on what I'm reading and hearing, when they base their lawsuit on affidavits from one of the former managers, one who has lied to me often, then faith in the investment wanes.
When Jay writes something, it is profound and revolutionary. When I brought these posts up months ago I was shellacked for bringing them to the surface again. Then again, I'm not loved, or even liked here. You and I have been adversarial since I wrote my first "uncomfortable" post.
When this lawsuit concludes, my hope is that some will see that my intentions were not to create FUD but to entice diligence in the management of the company and their investment.
I don't know that post 1140 is absolutely truthful. I do know that a lot of it is as I was witness to some of it.
