Well all I know is in my etrade account it shows a cusip# still no symbol which I believe is for a corporate action it has been a cusip for over three weeks now I got a gut feeling bigger things are.coming here!!!
In their last quarterly report they talk about finding a merger candidate, then the R/S happens. That tells me they have closed the deal, now just doing the paperwork to finalize. IMO
