It's in CCAA, trading on an unregulated exchange, for a fraction of a penny - I highly doubt anyone is going to get in trouble for not updating the website when the pertinent documents relating to the sale were freely available on the internet. This off topic garbage does not lessen the probable false advertising charge!

The biggest problem with that statement is that it's not obvious at all - the exact opposite is obvious. And where did you get that Barrick was involved? Because Waterton poached some of their employees last year?
