while doing your DD, you may want to check out another company that Teresa Jackson, Stan Wilson et al ran into the ground: AERN, which has been delisted and now trades in the gray market.
The pattern was the same: fluffy PR's/LOI's with over the top projections, none of which ever amounted to anything. the sole purpose was to create activity so they could dump millions of shares onto a naive and gullible public.
