Not a different business model at all. A different delivery model, for sure. How else will VOD/PPV be delivered if not on the end of a fat pipe?
The folks who create the videos, games, & music are also moving to broadband delivery, citing piracy concerns. You sound like the railroad tycoons of long ago. They thought they were in the railroad business. Their undoing was not realizing they were in the transportation business.
