Nice! The market reaction on August 17th was a bummer, but what was announced wasn't too bad. I mean the new deal is better than the old deal, albeit not ideal.

On another note- I think i bought near the HOD on Aug 17.
i think was averaged in around $1.02.

I Tried to start a position in 80 cent raise and never got filled.
Chased thing all to way to 1.08 I think and then the price started to correct. Had trouble selling other equities at the same time.

Then i was all out of crayons.

i was referring to your comment “The preferreds are owned by so called investors.” you seeem to imply there that common holders are not investors.
