Looks like fully-diluted share count for PTLA is about 42 million per page 9 of the S-1: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1269021/000119312513226283/d436765ds1a.htm . That would put fully-diluted market cap based on today's closing price at about $640 million.
