ptsc part 2- chi osc(32,5) shows continuing growth, or posi movement, and stoch/rsi(32) shows growth phase?, returning to lower bband, inside the overall growth, of chi/osc. stoch/rsi interim growth is over when line crosses down through .80, when red candle forms on upper bband. growth of stoch/rsi starts at zero turning up, AND at 50, if it touches or goes below 50
