I think you best guess is correct. I have talked to James not to long ago and this would be more in line with reality.

I will say this, I should not have to go to BBLU to find clear information on whether their larger joint project was just recently completed and now looks to be reported in the next Q

Thank you EastCoastcdn, how can we know? It is confusing did they borrow more money or like ZYOUNG stated only have to pay $20,000 to be free of debt?
