Re ABT - it has done well, but not as well as ABBV. Those that kept both halves have done better (much like the splits of MRO and COP, the one that seemed better has turned out worse so far). And I wish that I had BIIB this year - thought long and hard and decided it was too expensive. Have AMGN which has done well, but not as well as BIIB. Clearly, there have been many stocks that have done well this year - just look at the new all-time list.
