Yea, exactly which is why this case is going to get thrown out, it doesn't take much for someone to sue a company, any one can write up the PR but if it actually goes into court is another story. All the newbs think that this case is going to sink a Billion dollar company; had this been the case, APS and many other Penny Stocks Promoters, would have gotten wiped out a long time ago.
He is causing FEAR that's it. He wants you to sell your shares, so he can short the stock and make the money he lost, in the first place.
