Interesting. What fact do you base this assertion upon?

Oh, and it goes back to WHY any investor would want to invest in such a failure of a company anyway? They have NO SALES, and their patents are beginning to expire soon. Their technology is very old now, even the computers used internally have advanced, but their design hasn't. This makes it impossible to use the old scans for any new PMA, which is required since the 510K rejection by the FDA.

See, I have facts to base opinion upon. I'm looking for a similar response.
