They were three months early last July... thus if they are doing the same this time, June/July for the bottom seems perfect.

They haven't been net long for years.

But I notice the way they got there was to take both long and short positions off. It's possible they were stopped out of shorts and sold longs into the rally, deciding they've had enough of this news driven whipsaw.

That could explain how they got to that net long position.
