those have nothing to do with THE PUBLIC COMPANY. every business has them....apple, samsung, western digital etc

Who Cares a lot of companies at one time or another have suits against them. Look at Carnival cruise also look at ap@le they have at least 10 pending suits against them and they are doing just fine......you will always have that, it's just a part of doing business.....imo..... GO VDSC.....!!!!
