#2079 RE: Indy708 #2046

Re- indy708.

Truth, is always the first casuality in debate with nits.

Uh-huh. Like equating libertarians with nazis? So far, even the other dishonest posters on the board have demonstrated at least enough integrity to steer clear of supporting you on that one. Too bad they can't muster enough to step away from the comfort of the majority long enough to actually renounce it. Of course, they have no problem jumping all over those they disagree with for having the audacity to defend themselves against insults, or for asking too many questions, or for being redundant or tiresome. But a little thing like associating someone with nazis? Why, that just means you have a "sense of humor", right?

The truth is your party has no chance of success. A fact which you seem so reluctant to accept that you espouse a utopian ideal based on the truth as .00005 % of the population see's it. Sh!t more people believe in Santa Clause than Libertarianism. A bunch of "Rebel Nit's Without Applause." The closest you people ever got to a clap was probably a derogatory remark about a hooker with a discharge.

Now that you've repeatedly demonstrated how bankrupt you are in terms of legitimate criticisms of libertarian principles, you've gone back to the popularity thing?

Did you hear the about the heated debate about how much money should be wasted running your candidate for prez, when you had viable candidates that probably would have had a chance at local levels, with proper financing.

As a matter of fact I did. So, in addition to the LP's lack of popularity, you're still trying to extract a point out of this stuff, too?

First principal of a successful campaign, spend the money where it will do you the most good.

I agree, and there are certainly other libertarians who share this view.

So, just to try to pin you down a little, is it that you think libertarians agree with each other too much (you know, the "parrot" thing?), or that they agree with each other too little (chaos, dissention, etc.)? If you're going to rely on such insignificant points anyway, you probably ought to at least try to pick a direction and go with it.
