I agree but it will not be exactly as debt rather it will either a little less or a little more. A little less or a little more inview of burnstone transaction is going to be 10s of millions. Say if we just get 20M in equity that's 3.8 cents per share. That will be enough for my break even :) and well that is am counting on the 'a little more' side of the transaction
