Ok then how many converilbes are left??

644,000 shares is all I see so is that the expense of $6 million or so at $8.00 a share??

And does that leave 300,000 shares for expense for consultants in future for Q2 for another about $1.628 million (half of $3.6 million for this Q1)

If so then that makes sense as well!!
