Ok. So by settling citi with unsecure claims, it will free up the reserves? The reserves are more than the unsecure claim they are getting. In that sense its good too. Thanks. I will read your previous posts.

LBSF just got the order from peck approving the Bof A settlement on CDS (paid to Bof A from restricted cash) The LBSF trustee will now start distributing funds and completing the wind down of operations.

If LBSF woes LBHI and monies, we should be seeing them soon. Could be good news I guess.
