Mighty, you know better than that....
Essentially the convertible shares act as warrants upon conversion; as they are converted at a higher and higher PPS this expense grows.

Per CC they have approximately 1.6m to go...for Q2; then it's all done.

This is negligible from any perspective at this point and time.
