seriously doubt that they've eliminated conversions, there just isn't any stock available until after the proxy is approved.
what might be hopeful is that with news prior to that happening, those converting might want to take advantage of the appreciation in share price and news, and come out in a different manner than when they were in capitulation mode? Don't know that but would think that's not an unreasonable thought.
