No, it becomes an issue due to false and misleading claims that its manipulation or shorts causing the precipitous fall in PPS, when clearly it is the consistent issuance and conversion to free trading shares being dumped onto the market supported by the updated share structure reports.

Interesting to note that the company is very transparent with regards to its share structure. Yet one more thing being used against it.

Not really. A tip of the hat to them for following OTCMarkets' rules about that. But they're diluting insanely. That is not a Good Thing.
