The biggest mistake made is trying to believe/hope that Verges is not involved anymore. He has not left NVAE as there has been:

1) No news that states the opposite

2) No spin off of the condom facility.

AIGI's inception is Jan 3, 2012. This company is believed to have been formed by P. Verges. He is using Potter & Payne as his puppets just as he did Tilton and company.
