I would not buy at current price. In fact as an individual investor I would stay away from individual stocks and stay with funds (either mutual or even better ETFs) They can't go to zero.
This company almost bit the dust and they make a product that last 30 years or more. Once there is the solar build out the market will shrink. It is not like razor blades or bottles of soda.
I can tell you right now is the best to get in a nice position. Solar stock is amount the fastest growing and it's HOT since it's summer. I got in around the $17s and been gaining nicely over 3 market days. SPWR projected price to be around 35$ within 2 months. SPWR CEO was on Fast Money earlier.
