This is all too familiar with a Mike Kendrick run company.

Declining share price. Followed by late filings or NO filings. Followed by a further decline in share price.

Over and over and over again.....

As a shareholder who is WAY DOWN. I can only hope that Mr. Rex shows Mr. Kendrick the door before there is nothing left of our investment in SNTL.

I called Rex, info coming back from the accountant was late and it will be done in the time asked for.
