You are in for a world of hurt if you bought this stock based on what a promoter says, and equally as hurt if you believe one word Grable says. Go and read the posts from those who promoted the stock last year. They all say Grable LIED TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM, and they lost thousands.

Picked up 5 million shares @ .0002, after i saw your post, which i could have got the 10 million at .0001.

After speaking with the ceo today, good news is coming but theirs no point in issuing 2 PR's in 1 day. (today kUwait, tomorrow could make me HUNGARY ;)

Can you let me what a good exit point might be here. I feel like I'll be out once I double up but I know their selling this machine all over the place except in the USA.

You actually believe what she tells you? You need to read back on the posts from May - July of 2012. Many folks claimed conversations with her then, and nothing worked out with what they claimed she had said.

Questions

1) Was she unaware that using employee's social security withholding for IMDS business expenses made her personally liable for the repayment of those taxes to the government and that she risks prison time if she cannot get those withholdings repaid?

2) Was she aware her European distributor is actually a Florida preacher and that the Romanian Chamber of Commerce is actually a business owned by that same florida preacher?

3) How can she claim a sale of a CTLM to Mexico when the CTLM is not approved for sale in Mexico and IMDS's own policies state they will not ship a CTLM unless payment has been made yet no money from the sale has yet been reported

4) What is the status of Australian government approval since it was revoked by the Australian government and what if anything has Shimadzhu done to secure approval. Is Shimadzhu an IMDS distributor or not?

A SCAM is promoting an "investment" when there is no chance of making a return. this can be through 'FALSE AND MISLEADING' statements, outright lies or other methods.

Questions to start with:
In 2008, IMDS was promoting a shareholder vote to increase shares. IMDS promised the filing of the PMA by the end of that year in a few SEC filings. However, as admitted in a SEC filing in 2012, IMDS KNEW that it did not have enough scans to complete the study that would serve as a basis for the PMA application. Why did you not inform shareholders/investors about that in 2008?

Were you afraid they would not approve the increase in shares?

Why did you wait until the very day after the s/h "meeting" to announce there would be a delay in the PMA?

Why did you not have enough scans? Why was there not interest in such a "valuable piece of equipment", or is it that results were not beneficial to the participating Physicians and they refused to send patients there?

With the knowledge that you did not have enough scans, why did you continually make promise dates for the PMA application when more shares needed to be sold, at least 7 or 8 times, in SEC filings? Isn't that FALSE AND MISLEADING as you never disclosed you KNEW that you didn't have enough scans?

In one of your SEC filings (data can be provided) you insisted that there was a "draft PMA" completed that needed only legal review. How could a 'draft PMA' be created when the study could not be completed since you did not have the requisite data necessary from the lack of scans?

Are you aware that many people have spent 2+ years in jail for STEALING employee trust fund money as you did and using it to run their business (ie, for PERSONAL gain)? Do you worry about that? Would you lie to me to keep your kiester out of jail?

How's that for a start? I suggest you bone up on 'slander' too since it's impossible to do so in writing. And, she'd have to prove damages for me voicing my opinion. I have records that support my assertions, and a few personal accounts that suffered losses because I believed some of the lies over the years she and her scammy husband have told. I welcome it.
