if Ed Cross was put in charge of Of NHSH Kendrick would still not be satisfied.

Kendrick wants to choose who is in charge of NHSH yet he does not want any accountability for NHSH.
The proof of this is the attempted rescission of NHSH into Seeker Tech.

Look a settlement needs to happen, why waste more money on Legal Costs.

Mike has said he is more than willing to do something, I think he said he had no problem, just does not want to give anything to Joe. IMO
