You are probably right about the sky high price of sleepy cod of before. Who can really afford to buy fish at $26-27 per kg wholesale? It was a bubble waiting to pop IMO. At $16/ kg or $8 / pound, it sounds more sustainable although still high to my taste. Even in the US, not too many ppl would pay much more than $10/ pound retail for quality fish.
