There is always some brokerage that will trade this but there are some big ones that won't...so even a chilled stock can find a place to be traded

I don't know where they are coming from, but I put a million share buy order in yesterday morning at scottrade and I didn't get any shares. I own a few million as a lottery play at this price that I bought 6 months ago without a problem. I'm not sure why there is one now.
