First note that I am a shareholder like all and want to see some value for my investment. I am currently holding notes for over one year approximating $169,000 plus interest and a note for $12,000 not more that six months. In addition, I own preferred share which I will detail further, but my point is that I am out and owed a lot of money as well. My interest is the same as all shareholders.
Please note that regardless of any characterization someone else has made about my involvement in the company these are the facts.
I was an investor and creditor in the public company Equus prior to the merger and prior to the management team of Marty Zell and Bert Watson. The company owed me money from an investment made when the company was run by Steven Cunningham and Randy Harris. At the same time I was an investor in Dean’s private company Qasar. As a result and through introductions the two companies merged

and of course there was the emails of joecanouse and jeffry digenova that were being placed on the Q message board by Bill Harvey (dooley)
easy to see that bill harvey aided the JD and JC email chats to be placed in the 3/3/2011 timeline,..no doubt there, meanwhile joecanouse was telling his side of it all.
