It's a carrot of quality. Good geology, years of data, point to potential for major copper-moly deposit, possibly shallow, with gold as a kicker. REEs remain an interesting question. For the kind of investor who likes wildcat oil wells this is as high a reward to risk ratio as I have ever seen. A little money now for ZTEM and drilling may expose massive wealth. Risk? yes. Not for most. But I like it.
