You will have fun learning about the various grapes, but more importantly you'll learn about great inexpensive wines that you can order at restaurants, rather than just ordering the most expensive. That will impress bosses!!
I like to tease my friend's wives when we go out. They always order "Merlot". I tease them and say to them "I'll have the Merlot cause that's all I know." All in good fun of course.
