Well, then it seems there are multlple claims by others that they own or have a claim on NSHS shares, via Centacom, non of which was disclosed to MS by NHSH, according to what I have read. Is it any wonder MS rescinded ? Did they really have a choice? By this time Jo was claiming he owned Nhsh. Jo had threatened death, rape while CEO of Qasp . Then he became involved with centacom and nhsh? Is it any wonder MS wanted out?
Does anyone really believe that qasp and nhsh are not responsible for causing damage to MS? Kendrick says he has tried to help the common shareholders but it keeps getting blocked, being diverted to Trophy and to individuals. What is he supposed to do- throw money into the air to see who catches it?
There is no doubt IMO that MS made mistakes but it is obvious that certain individuals associated with The other companies have acted in a very questionable manner in a determined effort damage MS, unless they agree to give away free trading shares. That type of activity realtor wins the day IMO.
