You mentioned that my chart is not right. Can you tell me what to change to make it factual?

alan there is nothing wrong with the structure. All you do is attack and attack and criticise MJNA. The structure is easy to understand. Your next 50 post and next few articles will all be about attacking MJNA and nothing more.

I am beginning to appreciate the level of effort you are putting into this. I feel your questions and concerns are growing decent and measured. Although the company does not seem like a pure scam, a con, or a vaporware machine, it does have the tendency to spend time on crafty "perception management".

You are right in your assessment that most investors in this stock form decisions on the simple heuristic --> Dixie and CanChew make products that we can physically touch and taste --> therefore they must make some revenue --> therefore MJNA must make revenue by some, whatever mysterious, association or internal labyrinthine mechanism --> and since there is a prohibition/legalization domino effect happening nationwide; revenues are about to pour in exponentially --> therefore we invest

... and that's about it. Few people if any actually take time to look at the disclosures and figures word-for-word and number-by-number under a magnifier glass.

Hey Alan, have you ever consider that it HAS and is PURPOSELY complex due to them dealing in a legal grey area and setting up stop gaps?

In answer to your question, "It's you". The dynamics of the industry require these buffer, stop gaps and insulators to keep the company functional in an otherwise dysfunctional environment. It protects the company, its shareholders and its clients and maintains solvency toward horizontal expansion. With your background you should have picked up on this immediately.

The structure is not hard to understand at all. MJNA is the parent company and owns a majority stake in those companies. The Chart shows what % ownership MJNA has in those companies and how they interact with each other. One would have to question the competency of any financial adviser who can't understand the basic relationships of Parent and subsidiary.

Alan is "Spot On" with his SA articles. While most of you "longs" can't stand someone providing facts that disagree with your opinions, so you demonize Alan. Rather than throwing out nasty comments as to how wrong he is....please provide same facts to support your opinions. What drew me to MJNA was their involvement in the Pot and THC infused products. Which, now I find out, they have zero involvement. Alan, keep up the great work!!!
