That is all the SEC will ever say... on any stock suspended, as KMAG was... and all they could do was the 10 day suspension and send it to da Greyzzz... anything else to come out in relation to the suspension that was issued, from them or any other governmental agency ( if it ever does ) will take yearzzz ;-)
