Low volume and very volatile until the shell gets an engine and the stock becomes more liquid... It doesn't take much to move it either direction and with MDMN being delayed it appears little nper is not being bought... not being sold either... it is extremely low volume that drops it...
In my opinion the perfect time to slowly accumulate if you think an engine will be put in the shell someday...???
