Because Rainman orchestrated this lie in order to benefit others. Notice how the excessive selling happened right when he showed up. They weren't all nervous nellies. This was his boys selling to drive the PPS down!

The reason it moved up and down so quickly was because of the nice share structure/small float! This will still run!
