You think they can take away everyones shares and give them to another company for a merger, new company gets 96%, simple math...have to issue another 96% for the merger, the 8k told you that....same as every other merger.
300 million current shares o/s equals 4% of x, since new guys get 96%.....answer x equals 11.7 billion.
