I really don't know, but I wouldn't be surprised to see one because there were some small costs associated with the shopnbc show. I think however Berge bought that note in the 4th quarter to cover those costs and it has already converted. In any case a new note last quarter would have very little affect on the pps at this point and wouldn't even be convertible until next month at the earliest. imo
