there seems to be a cause to change the history of James Owens
wrt the 500M control block.

the 500M control block of Nhs belongs to Qasp via Joe Canouse.
of that amount 7.5million shares of Nhs belong to JO.

Qasp owns the other part the 442.5M no doubt.

MS ran from that story.

MS also ran from the truth of the $1.72 million bucks that QASP loaned into MS over a period of time.

While the $1.72 million bucks loaned to MS was a hot topic by the management of QUASAR in april 2011, the 1.72 was not a hot topic by Nhs during that same timeframe. The hot topic of Nhs (during the timeframe) was to merge Centacom into Nhs. So Nhs reps and Centacom reps had CCs to develop a storyline of actually merging QASP and Centacom into Nhs....some folks may wonder why was the name quasar being used as a merging partner with JO (centacom) and Nhs.

to find that answer it is necessary to go to January 27 2011 and recall a loi merger of quasar and centaflix (a company within centacom)

ON january 27 2011 JEFFREY DIGENOVA was also FIRED as the CEO of QUASAR but would not step down.

the two simultaneous events of Jan 27 2011 also fueled two consecutive trading days of over 220 million shares of quasar stock.

On Friday 01/28/2011 Quasar (QASP) traded 145,936,482 shares
On Monday 01/31/2011 Quasar (QASP) traded 77,221,727 shares

Quasar walked the extra mile several times and then sued Jeffrey Digenova and Nhs (after a year or more Quasar and NHS/Jeffrey Digenova settled out of court).....during the timeframe of the lawsuit MS also was a hot topic of interest for quasar shareholders and Nhs sharehloders.

eventually MS made a agreement with Centacom (JO) but couldnt keep their end of the bargain, therefore centacom (JO) took his right 500M control block of Nhs stock and sold to JC 442.5M shares of Nhs ( then JC gifted the 442.5M to QASP) and JO kept 7.5M shares of Nhs.

MS did not like this, but as JO did own the 500M nhs control block, MS hands were tied.....
also please note that MS merged with Nhs.

and MS ran from QASP..... and the debt of $1.72 million bucks.

MS knows of the great debt it owes to quasar.
