For the moment they have not the right to sell.
It is not their interest to sell.
It seems this company has a real good value, it is better to let increase the price and in the same time EPGL would be quoted on markets with much more and bigger investors.
If they sell now or in one year nobody will buy them, because there are just little investors in pinkyland and they will be afraid.

I emailed the company on Wednesday and asked about the terms of the right of first refusal that EPGL has on the PWC shares. I have not received a reply. I'll call them today to inquire directly.
