That rumor on 1 billion to Rimm is just that since the 450 mil. settlement was nixed by the court. That number has been mentioned but that actually may be a good deal for rimm if it happens. I think regardless they are in a world of trouble which has compounded by no settlement and I can't see anything good happening in this situation.
