Sure, it just shows Mr. Kendrick was dumb enough (or maybe complicit?) to go there in the first place. Mr. Owens was running what was clearly a fake company. Mr. Kendrick went all in anyway. Mr. Kendrick and Mineseeker end up as "victims".

So now they're hooked up with SNTL, a shell that a year ago pretended to have a contract to sell $4.5 million worth of solar powered water pumps in Pakistan, and now has a vague plan to pay it's shareholders a dividend consisting of shares in that fake company.

Well, yes...........if you already traded homes with him, and, instead of filing for repossession you decided to talk him into selling your home back to you for a token price.......he, agrees, either in acknowledgement or to be rid of the problem, but, you decide that you don't even want to do that, you will just take it, contrary to your agreement. Your agreement that you went into with your eyes wide open.
