Yes TCMB I was the one who attended the meeting and had made a report for this board. Yes he did say reach equilibrium by EOY his exact words. I remember the PPS on that day was 0.125 (depressing) and it has rebounded nicely however I do not expect earnings to be very good this qtr either due to the time needed for execution of orders to the DLA. JMO.
