during same timeframe of a SWAP Q shareholders were hopefully looking to own 750 million+ shares of QASP.... of the 1.5B Q o/s

SO LETS SEE docs show 150M shares were set aside for Q shareholders by the pen of james O and Jeffrey D..

easy to see 5 TO 1 ratio or 10 to 1 if shareholders ALL JOINED IN THE ROUNDUP...

remember much talked about ratio of 25% to 22% then 20% lol

obviously 49ers were set up to be DEALERS, no doubt!

and DEALERS they were...UNDERHANDED dealers who (as Jeffy groupreps) were suppose to move Q into N
