I remember the big conference call before the run. Sykes was in there asking questions about the share structure. It was like a billion shares back then and Sykes just laughed. We all hated him for it but he was on the money.

I'm not a Sykes fan but I didn't understand back then how SS can kill a stock, regardless how good the potential is.
