Hi Aiming,

I have set this date due to the milestones on the way.
Police departments in five U.S. states began field testing its newest drug detection kit for methamphetamines.
The test usually takes 3 months, Virgina being the quickest
and had already delivered a positive.
If the remaining 4 turn positive, and IDTA starts
financial reporting as i estimate at 2006, than the 3 cent
target will be a feasible target.
