There is a significant difference in between investing
and trading.
If you regard GILTF as an investment, hold onto it and be
rewarded long-term, i am quite confident.
If you bought for momentum trading, than 7+% is sufficient,
and in fact quite nice considering the few days .
In your shoes, i would exit and try something else
(formula vision for instance, a good catch at 245-250
price level)

Perhaps this is the reason for todays decrease ?
(Although in fact there is no connection whatsoever
in between the two companies.)

Gilat Satcom, SkyVision talks break down

In an announcement to the LSE, Gilat Satcom stated that the parties were unable to reach a final agreement.

Gilat- Satcom Systems (TASE: STCM), today announced to the London Stock Exchange that negotiations for the acquisition of SkyVision Holdings Ltd. have ceased as the parties were unable to reach a final agreement.
The negotiations were first reported by "Globes" in September.

Gilat Satcom a provider of satellite broadband services in the developing world.

SkyVision provides international Internet services over satellite and terrestrial fibre optic systems, operating in Eastern Europe, the Balkans, Russia, Ukraine, the Mediterranean basin, East Asia and Africa.
