I hope so......have you read the other boards where this group is doing the same thing? Same preferred share setup and conversion ratio. Some people have already gotten there preferred certs before the "deadline" to be a common shareholder. So yes they need us to take the preferred to add equity to their balance sheets. I sure hope we will be able to sell when the time comes but these guys are smart. They will not just let everyone dump on the bid. That's why they say the underwriter will "help" us sell our shares. I'm not sending them my account info until I find out more about what's going on in the other tickers.
They will be supplying a list of firms that will accept our shares. Discount brokers like ETrade etc. will not. We confirmed this yesterday. Alpine Securities is one that will, we are told.
