Well we definitely know there won't be any dilution as said from the boss himself. However, would be nice if SCV didn't put a target percentage gain lol. Anyways, who knows what they meant by "quick %10-20"? They could have meant it in the sense that in the first 5 minutes we're up %20 (quick) and then another %100 by EOD.
