That reasoning might make sense if we were talking about a public company.. The value of a public company is determined by its stock. We however are talking about a private company.. Whole different ball game. You have to know what the value of the private company is and then divide that by the total number of shares issued to get the value of the shares. Anyone have any way of determining the value of this company???
